Shipping Policy

Good Finds PK delivers across Pakistan with Cash on Delivery. This page explains how and when your order reaches you.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan. There is no extra shipping charge at checkout – the price shown on the product page is the amount you pay the rider.

Order Confirmation

After you place an order, our team calls the phone number you entered to confirm the order and your address. If we cannot reach you, the order may be held or cancelled.

Processing and Delivery Time

• Confirmed orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas can take a little longer.
• Courier workload, weather and public holidays can cause delays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Payment on Delivery

You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. You can check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged before paying. If it looks opened or damaged, refuse it and contact us – we will send a fresh one.

Use our Track Order page with your order number and phone number, or message us on WhatsApp at 0345 2190002.

Address Details

Please give a complete address with house number, street, area and city, and a phone number that is switched on. We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by an incomplete or wrong address.
